Lisa herself is wonderful, but new patients should be aware that she goes to Africa occasionally and is not available for 2-3 months; if you have an emergency, you will be talking with a new provider or her nurses. Some of the staff... Not so much. Her old nurse was stellar and listened when you had a concern, but her new nurse doesn't seem to care at all when Lisa is in Africa and the Boise office staff was gossiping about patients the last time I went there. Love her, but not the others.

Lisa always takes the time to answer all of my questions. She has even responded in off hours when I was experiencing hypoglycemia. Very nice and very intelligent.
