Dr. Lisa Redilla, OD

I had an appointment with Lisa Redilla at Costco in Livonia for an annual eye exam. From the beginning, she was very rude. When I told her I forgot my glasses at home, she raised her eyebrows and rolled her eyes while looking at my chart. She subsequently continued to be judgmental for the entire appointment. She told me “do you know you have a problem with your muscle?” I wanted to ask which muscle she was talking about, but she was so off-putting that I did not feel comfortable asking for clarification. She did not explain what she meant and sarcastically said, “but you probably already know that.” I am a physician and I was appalled at how rude and judgmental this provider was. The first thing they teach you when you are training to be a healthcare professional is to treat patients with compassion and respect; they emphasize the importance of not being judgmental. I am not sure where this provider was trained, but she must have missed that lecture. Go elsewhere for your eye care.

She is Very Patient and Extremely Knowledgable. Dr Redilla is the ONLY Optometrist I will ever see. I would recommend Dr. Redilla everyone.
