She hurt my mom's ear and made it bleed. Then proceeded to joke about it. Even making comments about 'how when the hearing aides come in mom might get a black eye'. Her conduct was not professional at all. She even joked about 'buying mom a meal' after she made her ear bleed. Mom's family doctor had to get pieces of plastic out of mom's ear and put her on an antibiotic. This is the worst place I have ever heard of. I do NOT recommend.
