I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at Dr. Lisa Nadel's Office, particularly regarding the operations manager, Alena.About 18 months ago, I placed an order for a prescription costing $600. Due to a death in my family, I had to travel out of state and was unable to pick it up in the expected timeframe. Upon returning, I faced a series of frustrating issues.Alena’s demeanor was particularly disheartening. She constantly flashed a fake smile, giving the impression that the situation had been resolved, despite my ongoing difficulties. This pretense, combined with her lack of genuine concern, was deeply frustrating.The handling of my prescription was disorganized and inconsistent. I was first told that it had been given to someone else, then that it had been thrown away or recycled, and finally that it had been sent back to the lab. My information is on file, and the prescription should have been sent to my residence if all else failed.

I have been going to Dr. Nadel for years. There is never a wait and the staff is so helpful. Dr. Nadel is explains everything while she examines your eyes.

Dr. Nadel is very professional, lots of energy and very friendly! The staff if very helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out glasses, look up my benefits and adjusted every time with no cost.

Dr. Nadel is kind and compassionate.
