Lisa is always willing to listen to everything. She never rushes through an examination and is very thoughtful, considerate, and thorough. Basically, she is what I have always looked for in a clinician.

This lady is awesome. She always remembers all my problems from previous visits & reads the chart before I see her so she is always knowledgeable about my history/problems. She also goes above & beyond finding meds that work for me. Very intelligent

She was incredibly nice during my visit, but her lack of communication after the visit was very disappointing. I received no call from the office concerning urgent test results. I had to call the office for the results and then in return the nurse left a voicemail about the wrong test result. This is unacceptable and I am leaving the practice because of this. Simple customer service is expected in medicine and it just wasn't there for me. It is truly a shame.
