First time visitor
I saw Lisa for the first time today, on a whim I googled her reviews before going in and was concerned from what I read. I decided to leave a review to say the other reviews were a little harsh. I could see where they were coming from, Lisa is direct and talks fast, and like all medical professionals I am sure is overbooked. However I felt it comfortable, and she was friendly and answered all my questions.

I never have time to write reviews but today I made time. Lisa Micik either really doesn't like her job or like herself. She is very short and condescending. Rushes in and rushes out. I purposely didn't mention I am in the medical field probably longer than she has been alive. She needs "bedside manner 101" if anyone is ever going to like or respect her. She's even snotty with her coworkers. I don't recommend her at all!

I’m not sure why she doesn’t have more stars but I just saw her today and she was excellent. She was pleasant from the moment I stepped into the office. She was very professional and made me feel really comfortable especially since she was removing something from my butt cheek. She also took the time to answer all my questions and gave me extra information that I didn’t even have to dig for which I really appreciated.

She was a great physician but the support staff is the worst, Making refills for prescriptions, and changing insurance plan hellish. After making an appointment and asked if they new insurance. I just to have the desk staff to says to me we can play roulette to see if the insurance will cover, or you'll just get a bill. Here is our tax id, the address the doctors address and the name of our billing - It won't take long as blue cross.... I told her to cancel my appointment. Not worth it

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Lisa Micik. I developed moderate acne over the past few months and came to see a dermatologist to get treated. Unfortunately, Micik was incredibly rude and short, and spent only 10 minutes with me. She did not ask me any questions and essentially just said you have acne now, deal with it. I have since found out from another doctor that it was completely caused by hormonal imbalance after going off birth control for 3 months. I would never return.
