Great skills and diagnostician
I saw Lisa for years at her previous practice. As a fellow nurse practitioner, I was impressed by everything she did and her caring, but efficient approach. Now that she has moved to another location, UCH Internal Medicine, I am following her there.

I went to this office based on the recommendation of an MD that I respect. I was able to get a next day new patient appt - first warning sign. I saw the NP - Lisa. She was an hour late past my appt time. The medical assistant was nice, but very slow. I explained to Lisa why I was there. She proceeds to tell me what she can't do for me instead of what she can do for me. I waited another 15 min for lab orders. The worst waste of 2 hours of my time.

I was seen on Monday was supposed to get a call back that day. It took until Thursday when I had lost my patience with the staff and their lack of decency, especially because I was having a medical emergency, the only way I could get anywhere was by yelling at the staff! I'm not that type of person but I made it clear to everyone in the office that it was very important they didn't care. Then I was never told how to take care of my arm and gave me medicine I can't take. Thanks a lot!

Lisa has a very calm and patient personality. She is very thorough and offers good advice in layman's terms. I have been to her numerous times and think she has a good bedside manner. A friend referred me to her and to the office in general.

Without notice, right before a business trip she would not refill my emergency rescue asthma inhaler. NEVER in my lifetime of having asthma have i had a doctor not at least give me a heads up that i need to see them before my next refill. She was incredibly rude in the office visit and as it turns out let her license expire and had to have another doctor refill anyways. Very, very frustrating! On the bright side they were priced fairly for the office visit and office was very clean!
