Dr. Lisa Klasman II, ND

I am baffled by this practice. When I first made an appointment, it took me several calls to actually reach someone. No one returned my phone calls. I want write a long-winded review here but the lack of follow through is alarming. I have had no return phone call or follow up on several occasions. I emailed Dr. Klasman a month ago, because of a few issues. No response. I called her office and was told by the receptionist that she would let her know I called. That was two weeks ago. I finally left another message to let them know I would not be returning. It's unfortunate, because I believe the Dr. Klasman does care and she tries to help people. It is hard to pinpoint exactly where there is a disconnect.

Dr. Klasman has been treating me for more than three years for osteoporosis and insulin resistance. She is outstanding. I came to her because of her treatment of my husband. She began treating him for an unknown stomach issue that he had for twelve years and all doctors said there was nothing that could be done. Dr. Lisa listened to his issues and suggested she thought she knew what was happening. She had him tested and her dx was correct! He had SIBO. Her treatment plan was thorough and he is no longer plagued with SIBO. We recommend her to you highly!
