Lisa was professional, understanding a good listener. She took me off diabetic medications and instead taught me how to lower my blood sugar naturally. She is an amazing person and nurse!

I have been contemplating suicided for the past three years and have received mediocre care from Lisa Hawkens and her medical assistant Jennifer. That reached a all time low in treatment and patient care today. Went to get my monthly prescription which says on the bottle refills till 03/01/22 last time I check it is still 2021. I was told by my pharmacy that they can not refill the doctor has cut me off. This was with NO WARNING what so ever I called today to ask what was going on and was berated by the medical assistant Jennifer to take responsibility and it is all my fault. Maybe if she worked more then 12 hours a week I would be able to get decent care and treatment from here. It blows my mind that there was zero options besides come see them and pay money I don't have due to COVID-19. They know that these meds come with serious withdrawal symptoms and was just told to kick rocks, hope my mental health is worth two seconds of your time.

Lisa is amazing! Explains things well, and listens to all concerns. You can tell she really cares for her patients. I won’t go to anyone else!

Lisa Hawkins is amazing. She saw myself, my husband and my father for our bi-annual exams and she was on time, we didn’t have to wait. Her exams were thoroughly done and she was patient, listened to our concerns and her bedside manner is AMAZING!!! Thank You Lisa for being such a great medical provider - See you in 6 months.
