Very Grateful to Dr. Giacometti and Penn
I had delayed getting hearing aids for reasons I am having trouble remembering right now. I saw Dr. Giacometti at Penn. I have had my hearing aids about a month. I love them! Best thing ever. She has spent extensive time programming them to be just right for me and she explains everything so carefully. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. I can hear the birds chirping as I walk down the street and the clerks in the grocery store. Honestly, I don't know what I was afraid of but I believe Dr. Giacometti made all the difference.

I would NOT recommend her.
It was a very unpleasant experience. She is ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING,& DISRESPECTFUL!
