Lisa is a kind person. Dr Lisa found my bladder problem. I have gone to see for at least 0ver 5 years. I give her a great review. Shirley

I was appalled at the demeanor and professionalism that this provider provided. She was mocking and dismissive of symptoms. She prescribed a drug that was contraindicated with another drug I was taking and she dismissed it saying I have prescribed this drug for 15 years and never had this problem. She did not explain or look further into issues. She does not represent the level of care I have received at Heritage Medical. It has made me rethink this establishment since they employ this provider. Do not waste or time or health with her.

She is rude and disrespectful. She will literally laugh at you openly and gleefully. I’ve never seen any practitioner be so disrespectful. She makes you feel uncomfortable and judges you for your choices. She should not be caring for patients unless she can massively adjust her attitude and bedside manner.

I was hesitant to book an annual exam with Lisa due to the negative reviews. I can confidently say that I don't think I saw the same practitioner as some of the other reviewers! Lisa was so friendly and conversational. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns a couple of different times during the visit, she answered them thoroughly, and she made me feel very at ease. She also didn't rush the appointment. I would absolutely see her again if I can't get into my regular MD.

I have never met a more unprofessional doctor of any kind than Dr. Lisa Fournace. She rushed through my appointment, was extremely rude, and literally laughed at my concerns. She even mocked me and my choices right in front of me and the student that was shadowing her. I left her office crying because of how poorly she treated me. Visiting Dr. Lisa Fourance was an extreme waste of my time and resources. I will definitely NOT be back and will NOT be recommending her to anyone.

Horrible bedside manner. Does not seem to care about her patients and their comfort. She made inappropriate comments and tried to dissuade me from getting an IUD. She also gave me the most painful and uncomfortable pap smear of my life. I left her office in tears. Please go elsewhere, she is terrible.

She made several unprofessional comments during my appointment making me feel very embarrassed. Her bedside manner is almost non existent. Her comments actually affected how confident I felt when being with my husband. I regret seeing her. Go somewhere else. You deserve better care than what I received.

Always takes the time to shake my hand ask about my family and work. Her treatments have vastly improved my quality of life with I.C.

Wretched experience with this provider, left the office in tears. Fournace rushed through my appointment and cared little for my comfort, needs, or overall experience. Please do yourself a favor and find a provider with compassion and kindness who takes the time to listen to their patients; that is of the utmost importance in a specialty like this one.
