I have been going to Dr. Dudley for 3 years and she is wonderful. But her two ladies in the front are so unprofessional. Loud and rude. Each year I say I am not going back again. Today while trying to schedule an appointment I experienced the rudeness again and the lack of professionalism. Time for a change.

Came in for a eye exam and immediately was hit with rudeness. 6 people standing around and no one said hello. I expected more from the doctor but experienced the same level of unprofessionalism. She came in the room barely introduced herself examined my eyes and handed me my prescription then walked out the room. Leaving me to wonder is that all, are we done. My kids had an appointment the next day and my husband received the same treatment. Lack of professionalism and absolutely no kind of customer service. They shared more conversation between each other and didn’t even welcome me or thank me for coming. Will never go here again
