Lisa David, PA-C

I went to Raleigh Ortho with concerns about pain in my lower back, hips, knees, and feet. While Lisa did explain my spine well, she did not address the issue, only concentrating on my back. She ruled out problems with my hips and knees based on her exam, not backed by any x-rays as they weren't taken although I specified issues with them. Additionally, she prescribed meloxicam for me. After I told her that my preference was to avoid taking medications and that I would have my chiropractor address the issue, she stated that chiropractic care isn't proven, etc. After I corrected her line of thought, she soon after left the exam room, not stating next steps, leaving me wondering if I was supposed to leave or remain there until the nurse returned. In essence, she didn't address my concern, instead she offered me unwanted insight about chiropractic care which has provided answers when physicians practicing medicine could not.
