I saw her way back in 2016 for about 2 years before she discharged me from her service without my knowledge after I took her advice and went to a partial hospital program. My overall experience of working with her for 2 years set up half a decade of failure with other therapists. I have now been happy and med/therapy free for over 2 years. After I recovered from the gaslighting I received from Lisa. I had to learn to trust myself because she drilled it into me that I couldn’t. I’ve been depression free for over 2 years and it turns out the cause was hormonal. Lisa had me thinking I was bipolar or psychotic and had me seeking treatments that only worsened my mental state and my self-esteem.
