Dr. Lisa Chea, OD

I really liked Dr. Chea. I have really bad anxiety, and it's hard for me to find doctors I trust because i've had such bad experiences. I was thrilled to find Dr. Chea, but the office she was at was extremely difficult to work with and impossible to navigate once I obtained my prescription. I believe she left the practice although I cannot find more information, but I hope she found a practice that has administrative skills equal to her care.

i love dr. chea and her staff. everyone is so friendly and fun and knowledgeable. sometimes there’s a long wait, but you’re going to an optometrist that accepts medi-cal. go on a day where you know you’re not gonna be rushing and hang out and watch fast & furious or whatever they have on in the waiting room. they also have really nice and fashionable glasses that are covered by medicaid, which is RARE. i don’t even have medicaid anymore, i have bcbs and im still going to her because i love this office.

Dr. Chea has always been friendly, patient, and personable with me during my last 3 years of appointments. The office and staff are okay.

The office is grossly understaffed. They didn't run my insurance and so I paid full price. The next day I realized I should have only paid a co-pay so I called. The didn't answer. I called the corporate Acuity eye group office and they tried calling. No answer. They emailed Her office and got no reply. Go ahead and try and call them. They will not answer their phone.

She’s a horrible doctor. Go somewhere else. She is ignorant and incompetent, she is also extremely unprofessional.
