I had my first new-patient visit with Lisa recently. I agree with most of the negative reviews above. Dismissive is a perfect word to describe her seeming lack of involvement and interest in my patient care. Poor to absolutely no eye contact whatsoever, was so rushed my chart had things left out that were clearly listed on my new patient paperwork, horrible bedside manner and I felt she portrayed a very non-caring attitude toward me personally and as a PAYING PATIENT. I would never recommend her. Severely disappointed.

I’ve seen Dr. Chapman three times, and she very obviously doesn’t care about her patients. I had questions for her she wouldn’t answer. She ended up just handing me a pamphlet and leaving. Every time I see her, I end up without answers.

Love seeing Lisa. She’s down-to-earth and personable. I never feel rushed and I love her practical and balanced approach to helping me stay healthy during one of the most stressful and busy seasons of my life.

We waited 6 weeks to get a new patient appointment for my daughter. My daughter made a list of concerns that Lisa dismissed. Lisa did a quick vitals check and we were finished. So disappointing.

Cold and unpleasant.

I do not recommend her, she will waste your time.

I had my first video visit with Lisa the other day and she was amazing. It was supposed to be a simple check in/check up type visit and I hit her with a rare disease issue and a whole bus load of problems I need solved.. Instead of telling me she didnt know what I was talking about and dismissing me or telling me who to go to (like every doctor before her) she literally stopped talking in the middle of our visit and started reading to educate herself on a rare disease. So much respect... Since the visit she has gone out of her way to come up with a plan for me when she could've just kicked me to the curb. I'm still hoping she will take my word for it about the meds I need but I understand that I'm basically asking her to learn her way around something few people in the world know about. But she really seems to be giving it a shot and that is more than I can ask for. So all in all, she is one of the good ones and I recommend her!
