Evaluation requested by patient asking for mental healthcare services. Feel she decided treatment recommendation prior to eval which felt like pushy horrible sales pitch. Refused to consider current mental health and medical provider records (this appears to be a violation). Attacked our questions about other treatment options with abrasive accusations like an upset child. No actual recommendation given or asked, instead claimed patient refused and filed petition for involuntary commitment. Petition filled with misleading half statements and some outright lies such as, patient and family “want treatment to be easy” (never said nor implied) and patient “requires immediate medications for stabilization”. Ultimately child taken against will and severely traumatized. Luckily the facility almost immediately released patient (no meds were recommended or required) 1.5 days total spent at facility. trauma cant be undone and trust is completely broken. Be very careful working with her!
