Horrible.

I can't believe the experience we had here. This counselor actually belittled my daughter in the worst way possible. She told her things like, “You’ll never amount to anything if you keep acting like this,” and even said, “People don’t want to be around someone like you.” I’m beyond furious. My daughter was left in tears, and honestly, it feels like the only thing this person did was tear her down instead of helping her. No one should ever be spoken to like that, especially by someone in this role. Stay far away from this place – it’s a toxic environment, and no one deserves to be treated this way.
