Ignored symptoms, dismissive, refused to listen.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor. From the moment I walked in, I felt unheard and dismissed. I came seeking help, hoping for a thorough evaluation and a real discussion about my symptoms, but instead, my concerns were brushed aside. Despite clearly explaining my struggles, especially with my mental health, the doctor showed no interest in truly understanding my situation. I was looking for guidance and possible answers, yet I left feeling worse than when I arrived, ignored, invalidated, and without any direction for care. I left the office crying multiple times because of her dismissal of my symptoms. I ended up getting a proper diagnosis by someone via telehealth, who was much more compassionate to my thoughts and feelings. No one should have to fight just to be heard, especially when seeking medical care.
