I've seen Ms. Bass several times and do not be fooled by her youthful appearance, because she is VERY smart, professional and knowledgeable! She is calm and has a quiet, caring manner and lends a sympathetic ear. She is thorough and asks many pertinent questions. I would highly recommend Ms. Baas to anyone I know. Staff there is also super caring and kind.
