She is incredibly condescending with a curt demeanor. Doesn't listen well at all, and appears to view her role as authoritative rather than collaborative. I found this rather offensive, especially since I am a health care provider with much more expertise than she has. After this visit I decided to no longer seek care at Northwest OB-GYN.

Found her cold and snippy. It was the worst bedside manner I've experienced. She doesn't listen in a caring way you'd expect (or hope for) in a medical professional but comes across in a rather insulting and derogatory manner. It was such a bad experience I haven't been back to Northwest OBGYN since.

I came to see Mrs.Laskowski because my cycle was over 14 days late, on arrival I was taken to get a ultra sound, which wasn't needed as I miscarried two month earlier. My original complaint was, my period is late, what can/should I do? Instead of answering my 1st problem she went on to ask me if I was trying for children, to which I said yes, and that I was off birth control, she looked me over and told me I was too fat to even start having kids, I only weight 217lbs, and I am still dropping weight, she also told me to start taking prenatal's, which I'm still on, I was placed on a thyroid medication that would cause me to gain more weight, I have no history of thyroid problems, since visiting with her I have lost ever hope/dream to become a mom, because of how she judged me I have felt so mush disgust for myself. I will never come to see her again, nor would I want anyone else to go through what I went through.

Lindsay was very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first visit and she spent a great amount of time getting acquainted and was very thorough with her medical inquiry. I appreciated her expert advice. Great experience all around. Appointment was easy to schedule and her MA was excellent also. Thank you.

I saw Lindsay and was not impressed at all and will not go back to her. I am also a Healthcare Professional/Provider, which she was aware of, yet she readily and repeatedly spoke "over me" as if I wasn't even there. She also did not listen to my pain c/o's during the exam nor seem to care about my comfort. Did not seem the least concerned about expediting the process to schedule an MRI for my worsening shoulder condition. I actually spoke with the Referral department myself graciously insisting to schedule MRI ASAP. The lady I spoke to was very appreciative of being informed of the urgency and said she will do what she can to get it scheduled ASAP. Very disappointed in this Healthcare Provider and won't be back.

I took my son to be seen after 2 weeks of him coughing. Lindsay asked him if he was better, worse or the same, he stated good for the weekend and worse again after a few more questions she repeated the same question. He stated what I said earlier. She acted as if she wansn't even listening to him. She did the normal check throat, ears, and chest. She stated bronchitis and he needed an inhaler. He stated I've never had one before. I said are you going to also prescribe some antibotics since he has green phlegm, she snapped at me and said I wasn't finished with what I was going to give him. She continued to explain to my son about the inhaler and nothing about an antibotic. She was very rude, short and extremely unprofessional we usually see the main Dr. However she was on vacation needless to say I will never take my son to see this FNP again very disappointment in her people skills, ability to explain the diagnoses and respect to a parent and child.
