Lindsay Ekiss, FNP

Lindsay Ekiss is not focused on her patients she is more focused on herself. I filed a complaint against her she then refused to fill my medication, she then dropped me from service. After her office closed, one of her colleagues Johan lundebye went to a medical office where my mother is treated. Dr. Lundebye staged a big drama scene a called 5 security guards on me. Let me be clear I have ALL THE VIDEOS as proof you need to stay away from Lindsay Ekiss & Johan Lundebye. They are both very poorly qualified and do not focus on pt. care.

As others have said, Lindsay is a great listener and is very knowledgable. What I like best is how she tuned into my history and preferences, and gave respect for 'my take on things' and then reviewed all my concerns with choices on how to proceed.... all in a charming manner, with some humor thrown in. The fact that she cares so much about her elderly patients is heartwarming.

Ms. Ekiss is thorough, concerned and personable. She hears what I say and addresses any concerns.

I liked my visit with Lindsay and was happy she set up tests quickly! Unfortunately follow up has been minimal! I got a call about one test and was told Lindsay would call to discuss the rest. That was many days ago and no call! Don’t say someone will call you and then make no call! I did get my letter from Regional about my mammogram but nothing else! Even if there is no problem, there should be follow up! I want to know the results in a timely manner!

I absolutely, beyond a doubt, trust Lindsay Ekiss with my life and that is a wonderful thing to be able to say, at almost 85 years of age. I hope Regional realizes what a gem they have in Lindsay, because if they don't, they aren't intelligent human beings. Lindsay gets to the bottom of a problem fast, offering solutions that work or ordering blood work and tests to dig deeper into the problems I experience. Blood work is reviewed carefully and adjusted to needs, raising my insulin five points worked wonders. She is extremely knowledgeable and can nail something fast, she should have continued for her doctorate as she already holds that ability. She leaves "no stone unturned" when searching for answers, quickly researching your records for tests made 5+ years ago. And - you know she cares about you - working hard to keep you well - you aren't another face in the crowd - she knows you - and - that is worth gold - in this sometime uncaring world. Yay, Lindsay! where she goes, I go.

Outstanding service and very caring. Love her. Hate being forced to go to the Hospital when the Old Seward location was much more convenient and actually had parking.

Lindsay is both professional and personable. She is GREAT listener and I have total confidence in her skills! At the conclusion of my office visit, I was given a summary of the appointment which was most helpful. I highly recommend the clinic and Lindsay.

Lindsay is always a pleasure to see. She is pleasant, thorough and, most important, knowledgable. I always leave feeling well cared for and satisfied that my issue has been addressed in full.

Lyndsay Ekiss, NP is a wonderful professional who really listens to my concerns and I am very pleased I was able to get her as my primary care giver. The entire staff at Alaska Regional Sr. clinic is great! Highly recommended.

Really impressed with both this clinic & with this provider. She was very nice, asked detailed questions, took her time & left me feeling like a valued person. In fact this was my first new pt visit & she spent nearly an hour with me. This appt was primarily to establish a healthcare relationship & I immediately felt comfortable with Lindsay. I had time to ask questions & she took a fairly comprehensive history. Would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with Lindsay, very,very upset with your receptionist, very caustic! Tried yesterday to contact Lindsay. Receptionist wanted to know why and we told her it was personal. Receptionist told us that if we wouldn’t specifically tell her what we wanted we could not talk to her!!!! She stated she GUARANTEED Lindsay would not return the call. Told her we didn’t need to speak to Lindsay immediately but would like for her to call at Lindsay’s convenience. I would rather find another provider than to deal with this!
