Excellent Experience I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, recently saw Lindsay in the ER and she address all my symptoms, listened to me after my gyn dismissed all my symptoms, got the tests I needed, and got me a diagnosis that I needed.

Rude, arrogant, dismissive, and ignorant. Should NOT be working in the medical field.

I was recently a patient in the ER. My GP sent me there to be admitted, (as felt like I was a “stroke waiting to happen” due to elevated BP’s and a debilitating HA.) When Lindsay asked me why I was there I explained everything to her, including the fact that I had had a TIA two years prior. She said, “Well, you’re clearly not having a stroke right now, so I don’t know what you want me to do for you.” They drew blood, and were monitoring my bp. Then I was told that I could go home, as the blood work looked fine. At that point, my daughter pointed out that my last bp had registered 200/112, and suggested that something be done to stabilize it, before being D/C’d. Lindsay hadn’t seemed to be aware this. When she returned to the room, she stated “Since YOU seem so concerned about the bp, we’re going to give her iv meds before we D/C her.” She was rude, and dismissive. I’m a nurse. I don’t think Lindsay should be dealing directly with patients!

Lindsay treated my mom recently when her family doctor sent her to the ER for dangerously high blood pressure. Lindsay was dismissive and abrupt from the initial consult through the duration of our visit. She said, "I don't know what you expect me to do with you here, you're not currently HAVING a stroke." Despite my mom's blood pressure readings in the 210/110 range while were there, Lindsay attempted to release her without providing any treatment. I insisted that it was unreasonable to send someone home with blood pressure readings that high, and she responded "Oh is that what they were?" She hadn't even looked at the readings. She eventually agreed to treat her with an IV med and an oral script that would bring the BP down temporarily until my mom could see a cardiologist. Being in an ER is a difficult and vulnerable time for any patient; having to deal with a provider so unkind and unhelpful adds insult to injury. Literally. She does not belong in a patient-facing role.

My daughter was treated by Lindsay at the Abington/Lansdale hospital emergency room and lets just say she has NO bed side manner, does not listen to the patient and draws her own diagnosis without taking what the patient says in consideration. My daughter was profiled by Lindsay the minute she walked into the emergency room. Needless to say my daughter left the emergency room with the WRONG diagnosis only to return the next day suffering two mini strokes. I do not recommend this woman at all!! Simply heartless and arrogant
