Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I saw her three times. She was at least 30-40 minutes late each time, always absolutely drenched in cigarette smoke. She talks about herself and other patients and it’s like a judgemental gossip session. Very immature. I felt like I was on Punk’d and Ashton Kutcher was about to burst through the door. It was truly that bad. She ran my insurance card and told me our sessions would be fully covered by my insurance, but apparently they were not. I’ve received unexpected bills from Alliance and called their office multiple times about them. Every time the office person tells me, “don’t worry, we’ll drop the charge! Just ignore it!” And then a month later I receive another bill and have to call AGAIN, and she tells me the same exact thing AGAIN! Do not go to this woman. She was just a huge waste of time and energy. She walked out with me once to take the therapy dog out, and it pooped in the parking lot and she didn’t pick it up. I was stunned. Complete trash.

Ms. Linda talks about herself a lot. She does not listen well to her patients and projects her views on you. There’s no sense of continuity, each session she just rambles about what she told you last time. She also tells me about her other patients. She runs late often. She allowed a “therapy dog” in the session without my consent. I hate dogs. She’s not the worst therapist but she certainly isn’t the best.

I was very nervous about seeing a therapist for the first time. Linda made me feel so comfortable from the minute we spoke and I scheduled my first appointment. Not only does she have a stunningly beautiful exterior her interior is just as beautiful. She made me feel so comfortable, so easy to talk to and guided me during such a challenging time of my life. I enjoyed my sessions so much I actually looked forward to seeing my therapist weekly, She is so knowledgeable just a brilliant therapist!
