I was a little apprehensive when I arrived for my appointment but my fears were quickly dismissed. Office was clean, waiting time minimal, staff were friendly and Dr Bosack was very knowledgeable and very professional

After several years with a mild hearing loss, I was convinced by loved ones to consider hearing aids. The staff at Century was friendly and accommodating. Dr Bosak was encouraging, but never pushy. After a trial period, I made an informed decision to continue using the hearing aids, thanks to clear information and a demonstration on using and caring for the devices. As a teacher of young children, and a member of a special education multidisciplinary team, my ability to hear is crucial to my work. I am pleased to report that I am missing less in the classroom, as well as during meetings, and that I’m participating more confidently in social gatherings. I’m grateful to the folks at Century Audiology for their help.

I highly recommend Dr. Bozak and the TEAM at Century Audiology. This was the best experience I’ve had with hearing aids: diagnosis, fitting, and follow-up. I hope my review will help others and encourage them to use the professional services of Dr. Bozak and Century Audiology, because I’ve tried other methods and providers and can guarantee she and the other professional staff are the BEST! I have used over-the-counter aids, programmable aids purchased online, and high-end aids from another local provider. These experiences all left me with sub-standard hearing and frustration with fitting and getting help. It wasn’t until my in-person appointments with Dr. Bozak, Mr. Tharp, and Dr. Marta, a team, that I got the best hearing aids I have ever had. I love them and also love knowing that there is a team of caring professionals always available to help. If you are having trouble hearing, don’t wait, make an appointment and start enjoying the many wonderful sounds around you!

Dr Bosack is very understanding and she takes all the time needed to explain how hearings aids function and how the devices are to be used. She has always been pleasant. Her staff are very nice and very helpful. My hearing aids worked well. I just followed Dr Bosack’s advice and instructions and I was able to use the devices without much difficulty. My hearing device came in quickly and I was given directions on how to use it as well and an additional appointment after I had a chance to use it myself. Dr. Bosack and her team are the best in the area. Both myself, as well as my family, have known Dr. Bosack for over 35 years and I have had nothing except A+ experiences. Her charismatic and engaging demeanor coupled with a steadfast professionalism and impressive technical competency always made me feel not only welcome/at ease and comfortable in the office, but also trust that the quality of care I would receive was excellent (and it always is). If I had to distill to one word - "dedicated." All the staff there are a delight and many of the faces have been there most if not the whole time I've known her - that type of longevity is rare to find, and it says something.

LInda was very helpful in helping me to decide the specific type of hearing aid that I needed for my lifestyle. She was always available for questions and would be able to schedule an office visit on short notice to be sure I was comfortable with my hearing aid. The rudest most arrogant Dr. I've ever seen in my life! Yells at staff in front of patients and seems to just want to get appointments over and get your money!

I waited over 2 years after my hearing test showed that I needed to have hearing aids and I wish I had not waited. Dr. Bosack was great in explaining my options and what to expect and I finally got my hearing aids. The improvement to my quality of life is huge. I am hearing things that I have not heard for years and my wife has stopped nagging me about needing hearing aids too. My mother is 95 years old. She has been a patient of Dr. Bosack for many years. She is always very patient and kind to her. She does not try to sell her anything she does not need. She always assures us if we ever have any problems or questions to contact her immediately.

Being an elementary school teacher, my significant hearing loss caused ample difficulties in job performance. I began seeing Dr. Bosack this past March. I find her extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and accessible.
