Dishonest Doctor - Deceitful Billing Practices
Dishonest Doctor! Although I initially liked the doctor, her recent deceptive billing practices following my visit last October 2024, and her failure to honor her word, cause me to move on.Bait & Switch billing practices - I recently received a bill for $158. three plus months after paying in full at the time of the appointment as shown clearly on my RECEIPTS.She changed the billing of my visit when she submitted it to insurance months later to make more money. This was done without my knowledge or approval.Additionally, the glasses Lili sold me are not right. $600. wasted, and now she's trying to get even more!Buyer beware and don't believe anything Lili tells you or even puts in writing. I've learned that lesson!I will be filing complaints with the proper authorities.
