In the decades since she was of great assistance through a family crisis in 2005, I have at times gone back to Lillian. She has always offered great advice. Lillian quickly grasps the dynamics of family and work situations. She has the skills and experiance to know when to listen, which questions need asking, and what paths will lead to finding some answers.  In addition, she has a good heart and is professional regarding phone calls, scheduling, billing, coordinating with other resources, and of course privacy.
