Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at his practice. Great bedside manner and a willingness to troubleshoot care for chronic illness/pain. Takes a global approach to treatment and has significantly improved my quality of life.

Dr. Lijo Joseph is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and skillful. He explains things very well and customizes his treatment plan for what works for the patient – there’s no “one size fits all.” He takes a wholistic approach, by not only treating the immediate problem, but also determining and treating/correcting any contributing factors. For example, he showed me that much of my knee problem was due to my foot/ankle rolling out when I walked (also frequent sprained ankles). In addition to strengthening my knee, Dr. Lijo strengthened and corrected the weight-bearing posture of my ankle and foot. I now walk like a whole new person and know that I am no longer putting excessive strain and wear on my knee, plus no more painful sprained ankles all the time! He previously treated my sore neck very successfully. I highly recommend this uniquely qualified physical therapist!
