I was shocked when I was completely dismissed by Lidia the very first phone call which lasted all of 45 seconds. As a mental health patient I have NEVER been treated with such disregard. My appointment was at 5:15 and I was clearly told to arrive 5 minutes early. At 5:03 she called me asking me why I hadn't logged into the appointment yet. I explained to her that I was told to log in 5 minutes early, she informed me that I could technically log in up to 15 minutes early, I said ok I was unaware and reiterated that I was only going by the instructions the message I received had told me, I was completely shocked when she then asked me if me and her were going to have a problem with each other and then informed me she could feel like it was going to be issues... I told her that would be her decision I guess because I didn't have any problem, I was then told to find another provider and hung up on. This is after waiting days to be helped with medication management. Waste of time.

If i could rate zero i would. Saw her around five times she canceled four times on me ( once which it was the time of my appointment), she went to the bathroom in the middle our first appointment for 10 mins, she showed up to an appointment having to reschedule because she didnt have her notes with her, after every appointment i had to call because she would forget to put meds in. My last appointment even though the meds are doing good she said she didnt want to see me anymore because i forgot to update my address not even 10 hours after moving and she had sent meds to my old house. She didnt give me a warning she answered the phone and said she didnt want to see me anymore. She also is rude and will not listen to patient concerns. I have multiple friends that go to her and they all dont like her only one person still sees her because its easier than finding someone new. Please find someone different if you actually need help.

Looking for someone to speak with & prescribe medication based on ADHD after completing a neurological evaluation that laid out my condition. Filled out all paperwork & forwarded it to the office a week before the tele/visit. I guess the office never received anything, we spent more time talking about billing than why I made the appt in the first place! The nurse hadn't read any neuro exam info. & spent a whole 10 seconds getting up to speed with my case. After 4 mins, when I mentioned my goals (meds for ADHD) she stated 'we weren't a good fit' because it would be at least 6 months before she would prescribe meds & when I asked her why it would take 6 months when I could have her specific requests completed in less than 2 months there was a back & forth, the timeline still wasn't making sense, then she stated 'I'm not going to argue' In the end, practitioner made me feel like a pill popper asking for OXY's & checking me at the door! Terrible Experience

She truly cares about her patients and wants them to succeed on their mental health journey. It’s hard to find a provider like her!
