I am not Dr. Ferro's patient, my brother is, and I have been to his appointments with him. I cannot tell you how comfortable Dr. Ferro makes us feel. She answers all our questions with good information. She is very patient and through when explaining everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferro and her wonderful staff at University of Chicago Medicine.
