Dr Shao is the most caring wonderful Acupuncturist Dr. She has helped me lots & many of my Clients, with every health condition! She truly cares about her patients & takes time with each person, listens to her patients & is dedicated from her heart & soul in helping all her patients live healthier lives!

I suddenly developed high inflammation, high white blood cell count. Dr. Shao looked over all my blood tests and planned a course of treatment for me. After 3 different types of treatments and taking the TCM herbs she prescribed, I feel human again, most swelling and pain is gone. Feeling better every day. Great sense of humor, she really listens and answers questions thoroughly. I am grateful I can go to such a knowledgeable Acupuncturist.

Made an apt 2C Dr Shao (leann answered phone) & told her i need 3 days in a row for smoking cess. as dr shao instructed, she made apt for Monday and told me no prob fitting me in for 3. Mon. went fine, Tues male comes in & says leann going to do my treatment, i said no my apt is with Dr shao, he said she called this morning and she not feeling well it, I said no my apt is with dr shao and i will reschedule, he said if i can wait 20 min Dr shao can do it, when done she said she wont be here Weds.
