She showed me how to deal with my sciatica. In three or for visits, she showed me what I needed to know to pretty much keep it out of my life. Before I found her, I was a wreck. Since seeing Leslie, I have split several cords of wood, cartooned my canoe countless times and rowed hundreds of miles in canoes and rowboats. Best of all, I have been able to apply Leslie's concept's of core support to my playing as a professional musician and it has enabled me to progress like never before.
