She listens well, answers your questions and maybe look stuff up that she may not know. Friendly, straight and the biggest is she's not afraid to spend extra time talking and answering questions and is understanding. She'll call you back sooner than most doctors. If you leave a message w what you want to know it makes things easier. If she has to look for something (lab, test results, etc) she'll have them. Do your part and things go smoother. She's also very caring!!
