Great first appointment and I was very much looking forward to my 2nd appointment today. In booking that I was specifically told it needed to be in person. It was at 9:20 today. At 5:45 I woke to a message from Leslie sent at 10:56pm and already expired. No way to contact the practice or her and learn the contents of the message. Tried a lot, but couldn't get someone on the phone until well after opening and halfway to my appointment. It was moved to telehealth. I thought it had to be in person? Did anyone think that middle of the night communication is not sufficient and send a portal message?I will be going to a new practice. I appreciate that she offered to refill my meds until I can get there, but it's been a very apathetic response from the entire practice. Then only refilled one. When I asked if I should just stop the other she did refill, but basically told me it doesn't matter and I can take it however I want. Got it. I am not deserving of or entitled to care.
