I had a telehealth appointment with her during covid rebound. A week later reviewed her notes for that appointment. She did an assessment of my lips through the mask, without even seeing my lips!!!! It is such a special rear skill to assess patients without actually assessing them!!! All other parts of her assessment were so ridiculous. She just writes BS, just to fill out the gaps in the questionnaire. No real assessment was done, but it is recorded as she did. People don't go to her for help.
