Impatient with sick child
Telehealth
She was rude and acted like she was being bothered the whole video call. Explaining my child symptoms and she tells me to go to urgent care. The reason for the virtual visit was to avoid that with 3 children. Because only the ER is open.

unprofessional
Completely rude, unprofessional, and acted as if helping the patient was a problem and burden to her. It is her job to help people. She seemed to be angry at the world and take it out on stressed parents with a hurt child. Would not recommend.

I have been seeing her for over 10 years. She takes her time, talks to me, explains things....everthing you want in a visit. I just love her
