Trust your instincts
Leslie may be the right person for some, but she was not for me. I had red flags on certain topics and wish I would have heeded them. I saw her for over 2 years and because I was vulnerable, it was easy to ignore those feelings. If you do not consider yourself especially traditional, I do not think she would be the best therapist for you. But, trust your instincts.

Leslie has been my daughter’s counselor for 2 years and has helped her manage her anxiety and enter teen years more prepared by having healthy tools in conjunction with medicine through another provider. My daughter likes her sessions with Leslie and utilizes them to work through daily experiences of being a teen. I have appreciated the team approach in strategizing with her care.

Leslie helped our daughter through depression and a resulting eating disorder. Doctors wanted to put her into an inpatient clinic for eating disorder, but Leslie knew a better path that has worked wonderfully.
