Dr. Leslie Faulkner, OD

I see Dr. Faulkner once or twice every year as well as my entire family. We have nothing to complain about the personnel, location, or the doctor. Sometimes the labs they use mess up our lenses badly but the doctor's personnel always help us reorder lenses until we are satisfied. Absolutely no complains and I am always recommending this office to coworkers.

If you are looking to travel back in time then this is the doctors office for you. It is like a time machine took you back to the 80's with the equipment and glasses. Then you have to sit in the room for an hour while she stands outside talking to her staff about her Thanksgiving and Christmas plans. Umm hello you have patients waiting. Our appointments were scheduled for 8:10. She does not even get there until 8:30 or later and stands around and talks until after 9. Then she is rude to top it off. She said she was going to prescribe me eyes drops. Didn't call in the prescription. I had to call a week later because it still was not in. Then had to call back two more times. She called in eye drops for dry eyes. Not what I needed. I had to call in again and was prescribed the wrong thing yet again. Called in and was told I needed to come back in so she could reevaluate me. What?! Worst experience EVER!!! It was so bad I decided to write a review. Something I have never done.
