What stood out was her horrible bed side manor and attitude. Not engaged in the whole reason I was there, but more interested in showing her unprofessional demeanor. Look elsewhere. I wouldn't go back to this provider if my life depended on it. Acts burnout from her job already. Much better care and providers out there.

Knowledgeable, attentive and thorough

Very unskilled and simply a mediocre medical provider. Had 2 appointments, had many treatments prescribed-none worked. She couldn't establish the root cause of my chronic nasal congestion so she kept backpedaling and alluding to allergies even though none of the antihistamines or steroid sprays worked and the allergy test came back negative. During my two visits she hadn't noticed the nasal valve collapse occuring at both nostrils when I breath in. Simply bad at the job. This is what happens when people enroll in universities and obtain their degrees because they simply have money to put themselves through school but in reality have no clue in the field.

She is very knowledgeable and listens

She does not know what she is doing. Without getting checked, without having any examination I was told that 95% chance I might lose my hearing. I got so scared. Then she wrote 3 more tests just to make more money. I canceled her future appointments as I do not want to waste my hard earned money.
