I had never been to a therapist before Ms. Doster so I really gave nothing to compare her to. Ms, Doster in one word “Lifesaving!” I struggle with depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Ms. Doster is always so helpful. I walk in there feeling like a wounded little bird and she has me leaving there feeling like I can take on the world. She is very caring and also has a “tell it like it is” approach. She is warm, sincere and most of all cares about her patients. She will help you.
