Cheaper ways to be heard
Our appointments really just consisted of me talking, never really got anywhere and while it was nice to be listened to I can't say anything ever got better, I could've saved a lots of relationships if I had someone to identify the mania for what it was in the beginning. I am to blame for my actions ultimately, but if I had the counselor I have now I truly believe I would've had a chance to seek the help I needed back then and not blown up everything and hurt so many people.
