Elena and her staff are fantastic. Very compassionate. She takes time with you, listens to your concerns and thinks outside the box to find solutions to your issues/concerns.

Highly recommend Nurse Stockton, thrilled to have finally found someone local I can trust with not only my health but my entire family's. Nurse Stockton has excellent bedside manner, takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them and orders follow up tests accordingly. She is trustworthy, explains treatment plan extremely well and allows follow up questions. Don't let the scheduling team scare you away; they could definitely use additional training.

She listened to my concerns, gave me something to immediately treat symptoms regardless of test results, offered a tentative diagnosis but ordered tests anyway, was cost conscious, and made sure that we had a course of action ready for the test results when they came in. The front desk was good about billing and even caught a mistake that my insurance made. I felt very much hat I mattered as a person, and wasn't just an appointment on her calendar. Same day appointments and quick results too.

Had a horrible experience. The front desk (Carla) is rude and the MA (Eloise) could NOT give me a straight answer to my questions and seemed like a novice. Elena (the name she goes by) doesn't seem to be able to handle anything complex. When I called and left a message with Eloise, I never got a call back. What a shame.
