Le'Anne is very professional and courteous, taking the time to explain what she is doing and carefully administering the hearing test. Keith is excellent in helping to determine which is the better hearing aid for the client, taking the time to explain in detail all of the options and easy to talk to. He listens to each question and goes out of his way to make sure that you understand the answer and, if not, follows up. This is my third set of hearing aids over the years. Very satisfied.
