Leah Reider is somewhat like family to me. When I was in my twenties I suffered from depression and depersonalization, and Leah gave me the vocabulary to describe and understand what I was feeling, the essential first step toward healing. I credit Leah with giving me the foundation for amazing gains I made later. Leah also helped my daughter when she had depressed feelings during high school, again giving her the foundation for building relationships based on mutual respect.
