I had a appointment with Dr. Hawkins on 9/28/2016. Dr. Hawkins was incredibly rude and unprofessional at my appointment. She degraded me as a person. Every time I asked her a question she would respond like she was bothered to answer me and made me feel dumb for asking her questions. I'm highly concerned with patients under her care.
