If I could give a "0" rating I would. My experience with this provider cost me hours trying unsuccessfully to correct false quotes and fabrications in the provider's office visit notes. Initially I took the courteous, and candid route and reached out directly to the provider office to discuss the issue. When Leah Bradley delayed a return call, I sought correction options via MGH-Brigham Chart corrections, and Newton Wellesley Hospital Patient Experience. Chart Corrections had me complete paperwork for the provider to review. She categorically denied corrections which among other falsehoods includes several alleged direct quotes I never uttered and fabricated procedures she listed I need. I can't speak to a long term counseling experience with the provider. However, I met with the provider for one brief and hurried session as a requirement to a hospital program I was considering, and as a result of the experience I would never consider time with this provider again.
