My husband has been using this office for the last 2 years. The fact that this place still has any patients is a miracle. The office staff is such a joke, we have never had such consistently poor communication. The amount of phone calls and follow ups that we had to make to ensure that the front desk was ordering the correct trial contacts for us was bad, but when they started to argue when we explained that they had ordered us the wrong ones is beyond belief. The time and effort it took, plus the cost is ridiculous. We would actively recommend that no one go here because of the frustrating interactions you will have with the office staff. Run away!
