Understood that my dad was trying to make small changes, not overhaul his diet, and her advice met that need. Was able to adjust information to more common language, explaining medical jargon when asked to do so. Wasn't fazed by a vocal baby being brought along for the consultation. Gave enough advice to make changes without being overwhelming. Realized some adjustments were more realistic changes for him than others, so focused on those while explaining why other changes would be beneficial.

Laurie Spurr is fantastic. I've learned so much from her about how to take care of myself. She is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her for your dietician needs. Very knowledgeable. Winchester Hospital is very fortunate to have a professional like this who interacts with patients so well. Can't say enough good about her. Michael.
