I searched for someone that was qualified, local, and in Network. Laurie s descriptions seemed to fit and I contacted her to book an appointment I booked the appointment and completed the requested documentation on her portal as she had requested. I received both text messages and emails confirming the appointment time. I arrived for the appointment 15 minutes early and checked the lobby and "outdoor waiting" areas as instructed but no one was in either waiting area. I waited in the outdoor area until approximately 5 minutes before my scheduled time and still not seeing any one I decided to venture inside to find the office suite. I arrived at the office at the appt time and knocked on the door but there was no answer, I opened the door and announced myself but the lights were off and it was obvious no one was there so I closed the door and waited in the hallway for several more minutes. I then called and left laurie a VM. I left after several more minutes and never heard back.

If you are looking for a judgment free zone, this is not the counselor for you, instead of listening and giving guidance, she was very judgmental, unprofessional, and lack of empathy. Was told not to be so sensitive and without having prior knowledge of my medical conditions, she told me I should not be on the medication that a professional doctor prescribed. She is a counselor not a doctor. When I named my diagnosed medical conditions, I was told to speak to English.
