Mr. Stephens was excellent during my procedure. The problem came with the bill. His billing office billed an incorrect address for months, and still won't tell me what information they sent to this address. I only found out about the charges when I was sent to collections. He also gave me wrong information on his in/out of network status, and then retired, leaving me with a huge bill. When I called his billing office, they told me I was just trying to get out of my bill.
